AI assisted travel planning 2025, easy and fast! 🌍🗼

Computing is becoming human friendly when using natural language as it's user interface. We need to use less and less time on learning how and focus more on what. For example, how long did it take to do a travel plan using traditional methods like books or web search compared to AI tools? I gave it a try... and

Wow it's was fast and super easy. AI deep research created detailed travel plans and it was able to convert the plan to web app easily. I used it to create travel companion app for a trip to Paris in July 2025.

Here were my steps:

1. Prompt Gemini to do deep research for creating comprehensive travel plan
2. Press UI button to create audio overview from the travel plan 😅
3. Prompt Gemini to create travel plan based web app
4. Uploaded the app to my website (see demo below)

This approach streamlines the process from research to user-friendly web experience, making trip planning smarter and more accessible. All content is generated using Gemini, Claude Code and ChatGPT but required Human In The Loop to control the process. 🦾🤖💪😉

As a post-step, I also tested Claude Code to iteratively add new features like real-time search, favorites system with localStorage persistence, and speech synthesis for French phrases.
