The Rise of Agentic Engineering

Software development is undergoing a paradigm shift. We are moving from a world where developers write every line of code to one where we orchestrate AI agents to do the heavy lifting.
This isn't about replacing developers. It's about elevating them. By offloading the implementation details to agents, we can focus on the high-level strategy, architecture, and user experience.
The key is to treat agents not just as tools, but as team members. We need to define clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows. We need to build systems that allow agents to collaborate with each other and with us.
This is what I call "Agentic Engineering." It's a new discipline that requires a new set of skills. But the rewards are immense: faster development cycles, higher quality software, and more time for creativity.
